Amb. Capt. Dabas Suleiman is the Chief Visioner, Ambassador General of PUAN. He is an Airline Pilot, trained by American Flyers in Santa Monica, Los Angeles California. He is a Flight Operations Officer/Aircraft Dispatcher at Chanchangi Arilines Nigerian Limited. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Trust Associates Global Services Company Limited, Country Representative of California Congressional Black Cause Delegation USA, Country Representative of the International Association of African American Ambassadors to the Continent of Africa and the Middle East (IAAAACAME) as well as a United Nations Ambassador on Youth Development and Leadership, Change Ambassadors Network (YALI).

Ambassador Prince Ephraim Osa Osaghae is a co-visioner and Secretary General of the Polling Units Ambas1sadors of Nigeria (PUAN). He has a degree in Mathematics from University of Benin and a Postgraduate degree in Computer Economics from Technical University of Vienna. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Hephzibah City Homes Limited and a co-visioner of Hephzibah Family Relationship Center, Abuja.

The North Central Zonal arm of PUAN covers all the states in the North Center geopolitical zone in Nigeria. It is comprised of six states including Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and the Federal Capital, Abuja. Territory.
